Which is going really well, by the way. Yes, I would say that when I saw you about to enter the solicitor’s office across the street, I felt compelled to run over and ask you if you’d like to take time out from your busy day.”
She nodded, slowly.
“What would you say?” he asked.
Slowly putting her empty cup down on the saucer, and knowing that this would absolutely never happen again, she said, “I’d say that we met in a coffee shop.”
