It all sounded so reasonable at first, but as time went on he found himself doubting that any of the things he was being told, the main principles that they all adhered to, were actually valid or to his liking. More and more he felt himself becoming an outsider.
When the opportunity presented itself he saw it as his way out and he leapt at it. In fact, exposing their activities had actually benefited him financially. He knew it was going to be a struggle to get out and start a new life for himself.
He looked down at his hand.
